Shipping Policies

Orders typically ship in about 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted. Please note, orders are not refundable nor can they be cancelled once paid for, due to the personal nature of the usage of these products. However if there is a problem with the order, please always feel free to contact us at info@picolors.com.

Domestic Shipping is by USPS First Class, unless your order is over 16 oz and then it may be upgraded to Priority Mail or FedEx depending on weight and rates.

Note: Due to COVID and current shipping environments, all international packages are shipped Priority Mail International or other premium carrier such as DHL or FedEx.

Please allow up to 45 business days for delivery, as various postal agencies may take more time. Items are always insured with International Shipping, however we are not responsible for any customs charges, loss of product due to country restrictions, theft or mis-delivery due to incorrect address or carrier issues. If item arrives broken, please save all packaging and take images of the broken item and packaging. DO NOT THROW PACKAGING AND BROKEN ITEM AWAY. Submit the images to us at info@picolors.com, so that an insurance claim can be processed. Without the photos of the packaging and broken item, we cannot process any claims.

Please note that if the package is not delivered because of customer inputted address being incorrect, we will not reship until the package is returned to us and the customer is responsible for paying the new shipping charges.
