Orders typically ship in about 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted. Please note, orders are not refundable nor can they be cancelled once paid for, due to the personal nature of the usage of these products. Domestic Shipping is by USPS First Class, unless your order is over 16 oz and then it may be upgraded to Priority Mail or FedEx depending on weight and rates.
Note: Due to COVID and current shipping environments, all international packages are shipped Priority Mail International.
International shipping is by USPS First class. Please allow up to 45 business days for delivery, as various postal agencies may take more time. Please note that tracking may or may not update with this method, if you want the best tracking please upgrade shipping to Priority Mail International or request FedEx International Shipping. These are available at cost. Items are always insured with International Shipping, however we are not responsible for any customs charges, loss of product due to country restrictions, theft or misdelivery due to incorrect address or carrier issues. If item arrives broken, please save all packaging and take images of the broken item and packaging. DO NOT THROW PACKAGING AND BROKEN ITEM AWAY. Submit the images to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that an insurance claim can be processed. Without the photos of the packaging and broken item, we cannot process any claims.
